All products are packaged and delivered DISCREETLY. Package will be have no resemblance of where it has come from. No package will have Pleasure On York name all over it.

That's right! For all orders of $100 or more, goods will be delivered at no charge within Australia. And of course, always with the same level of privacy and discretion!
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the supplier. Your order will be shipped from our Alexandria warehouse.

Orders over $100 (excl. normal Postage & Handling and after any discount offer) - FREE!
Orders under $100 (excl. Postage & Handling) - $10 across Australia
DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 7 to 10 working days. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 7 to 10 working days to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Express or Australian Air Express. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered next working day to the following areas
NSW: Sydney & Suburbs, Gosford Region, Newcastle, Tweed Heads, Wollongong Area
VIC: Melbourne & Suburbs, Geelong & Suburbs, Latrobe Valley
QLD: Brisbane & Suburbs, Gold Coast, Ipswich Areas, Toowoomba Areas, Caboolture Areas, Sunshine Coast Areas, Maryborough/Bundaberg Areas
SA: Adelaide
TAS: Hobart Area, Launceston
WA: Perth CBD
All Other Areas: Your delivery will arrive 2-3 working days after despatch.
If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention adultshop.com in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy.We are unable to accept products or DVDs which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
You should email our Customer Service Officer at info@pleasureonyork.com.au and notify us of your intention to return the goods. We will supply you with our FREEPOST address.
Please include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement. |
